Service Level Agreement

  • The core team will respond to all issues within 36 hours, Monday through Friday
  • Issues submitted at the beginning of a given day can expect a response by the next business day
  • Issues submitted at the end of a given day can expect a response within two business days

Feature requests will be managed using the following workflow:
