Jan Walzer 7becd5594c Add GIT source badge to Info pane and update configuration 
- Introduced a per-page `GIT` badge in the Info pane, linking to the exact source file in the public Forgejo repository.
- Updated `hugo.toml` with parameters for `gitSourceBase`, `gitSourceBranch`, and `gitSourceContentRoot` to enable configuration-driven source link generation.
- Enhanced CSS for the new GIT badge to ensure distinct styling from the existing RSS badge.
- Documented changes in `current_plan.md`, `TechSpec.md`, and `ThemeSpec.md` to reflect the new source-link behavior.
